Updated 3:50 p.m. Russia’s aviation authority, Rosaviatsia, said all restrictions at Moscow airports had been lifted after being in place for about an hour and 15 minutes. Russian Telegram channel Baza reported that all Moscow airports had been closed because of a drone threat.
