This was the scene earlier today as the Don River just South of Bowen, climbed to MODERATE flood heights after continual heavy rainfall during the arrival of Tropical Cyclone KOJI and shortly after the system made landfall. The Don River at Reeves (nearby to where this video was taken) climbed from 1.5m at 3am to above 6m by 2pm.
